My own side venture where I am designing and building my own products and ideas. A space where I can continuously learn more about product design and more recently how I can leverage AI for design and development automation to improve efficiency and save time.

UX Designer

Bright — Aug 2022 – Sept 2025

Working across 7 products, I partnered with product owners to shape requirements into actionable design solutions — validating thinking at every stage through hands-on user research to ensure new features and improvements truly aligned with user needs. I successfully designed and delivered 3 new products into the fintech space, while driving a series of targeted improvements that meaningfully enhanced the experience across Bright's product suite.

• BrightPropose: Proposal and client onboarding SaaS product to allow accountants to onboard their clients and create professional, accurately priced client proposals and letters of engagement quickly and easily.
• BrightHub: A brand new centralised Accounts, Billing, and Subscription platform, unifying account management across all Bright products under one seamless experience.
• BrightChecks: A brand new product enabling accountants to seamlessly ID verify Directors and PSCs, bringing a critical compliance workflow into Bright's ecosystem for the first time.
• BrightUI2: A ground-up architectural rebuild of Bright's design system, reducing component detachment by 85% and significantly improving design-to-development efficiency across the product suite.
• BrightManager: A targeted UX overhaul of the Time Recording widget, improving time recording and billing accuracy by 98%.

UX Developer

ioSTUDIOS — Jan 2019 – Aug 2022

Working in a hybrid UX Designer and UI Development role, I worked across a diverse portfolio of client products. I collaborated throughout the entire product lifecycle — from ideation and solution workshops through to delivery — partnering directly with clients to deeply understand their needs and translate them into polished web applications across mobile, web, and native platforms.

• Skirting World: A bespoke transport software platform, streamlining operations, automating scheduling, and improving real-time tracking.
• LeisureCentre: A full re-platform of an outdated CMS to improve scalability, security, and user experience.
• LeisureCentre Kiosk: Designed and delivered a brand new touchscreen kiosk system, enabling members to self-serve check-in and explore everything their local site has to offer.
• Effective Pricing: A SaaS quote builder for finance professionals worldwide, built for an Amazon #1 best-selling accountancy client.
• Ductu: A tailored system connecting educational institutions with prospective S.E.N.D. students to streamline recruitment and onboarding.

UX Designer

CVP — Aug 2017 – Jan 2019

Working with one of the UK's leading broadcast and professional video equipment suppliers, I led a ground-up redesign of their customer-facing eCommerce platform — replacing a legacy site built in the 90s with a modern, user-centred experience. Due to the specialist nature of the industry, user access was limited, so I leaned heavily on data-driven research methods including Hotjar and Google Analytics to inform and validate design decisions.

• CVP.com: Post-launch conversion rate increased by 75%, driven by a complete overhaul of the customer journey and eCommerce experience.
• CVP Lens: A micro design system built from scratch during the redesign, establishing a scalable component library across all channels.
• ProRepairs: A Kanban-style support product for CVP's ProRepairs team, allowing customers to keep track of their repairs.
